The following simple
steps on how to apply for SSS ID Online:
- Go and login to SSS Member Online site.
- After successfully logging in, you will be directed to this page below and simply click on the "APPOINTMENT SYSTEM".
- Choose your preferred date.
- Fill up the necessary details for your appointment then click Submit button.
- You will then receive an confirmation email regarding on your scheduled appointment.
- Print the email and prepare two valid IDs before going to SSS Branch. Also, prepare 300 php for the payment.
- Once you're there in the SSS Branch, instead of giving you a number, you will be prioritized for your appointment time schedule.
Additional tips
before going to the SSS Branch:
- You may print the E-6 form from SSS website to avoid consuming the appointment time if you want a faster way of processing the SSS ID application, since you will be excused to the walk-in persons.
- If you are applying for a lost/replacement SSS ID, you may want to go to a Notary Public first and get an Affidavit of Loss. This will cost you almost 150 php.
